RULES & REGULATIONS

All events will open on May 1st with the Early Bird Rate. Rates do go up as of June 1st. NO REFUNDS will be given out under any circumstances.
Spots are limited. Please ensure to fully complete registration by completing the form and submitting payment to be fully enrolled into the Intensive.

All participants must be between the ages of 6 years old to 18 years old.
Matricks Acro does have photography and videography available at all of our events. Footage will be posted on our social media and for promotional purposes.
No parents/teachers/ or studio directors are permitted into the gym.
All Matricks Acro staff are fully trained in instructing acrobats.
Class Ratio: 1 coach per 8 acrobats
Athletes are divided by skill level. Acrobats can be interchanged between classes to better fit their needs.
All participants will receive a welcome package, which includes a schedule & a number sticker to identify the acrobat. This sticker needs to be worn throughout the intensive.
All athletes are expected to come in appropriate tight fitting attire. Such as bodysuit, shorts, crop top, tank top, leggings. Hair must be tied back and away from the face. There is no jewellery allowed during class.
Remember to bring water, snacks, and a lunch. We do have a water station where kids can refill their water.
At the end of the event we will be hosting a short awards ceremony to highlight three acrobats that showed us hard work, dedication, and initiative. The acrobats chosen will be receiving a Matricks Scholarship which can be used towards any 2020 Matricks Event. Scholarship recipients will also be apart of our Matricks Troops which will be representing Matricks for the upcoming season!
