Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payment Full payment is required upon booking to secure your party date. Parties are scheduled Saturdays after 2:30 PM only. Exact start time will be discussed after booking. Reservations are confirmed only after full payment is received. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling All payments are non-refundable. Full payment may be transferred to another date if the party is rescheduled with at least 2 weeks’ notice. Parties cancelled or rescheduled with less than 2 weeks’ notice will forfeit payment. 3. Guest Policy Acro Essential Birthday Package: Birthday child + up to 11 participants (12 total) Acro Premium Birthday Package: Birthday child + up to 19 participants (20 total) All participants must complete a Matricks Acro Waiver Form prior to participating. Matricks Acro is a nut-free facility – all food and drinks must be free from nuts or nut products. 4. Arrival & Supervision Guests should arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled party for check-in and preparation. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervision before and after gym activities. Matricks instructors will lead all gym activities, ensuring a structured, safe environment. 5. Safety & Liability All attendees participate at their own risk. Matricks Acro, its instructors, and staff cannot be held liable for injuries sustained during participation in gym activities. Parents/guardians must ensure their child is physically capable of participating. Proper athletic attire is required (leotards, shorts, or leggings; bare feet recommended). Participants must follow instructor guidance at all times. Matricks Acro reserves the right to remove any participant for unsafe or disruptive behavior. Participants must be over the age of 6 years old. Matricks Acro is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items during the party. 6. Food & Beverage Party room access includes fridge and microwave for storing or warming food. All food must be nut-free.
