Cancellation Policy

Matricks Acro – Fitness Centre Policy At Matricks Acro, we provide a dedicated Fitness Centre for parents who wish to train while their child is in class. To ensure a safe, respectful, and productive environment for everyone, please review and follow the policy below. Eligibility & Access The Fitness Centre is available exclusively to parents/guardians who have an active child enrolled in a Matricks Acro program. Access is permitted only during your child’s scheduled training time. All participants must check in with staff before beginning their workout. Waiver Requirement A signed General Liability Waiver and Photo/Video Release is mandatory before using the Fitness Centre. Parents will not be permitted to participate until the waiver is completed. Health & Safety Rules Participants must be in proper health to exercise and are responsible for monitoring their own physical condition. Proper footwear is required unless the workout style permits barefoot training. All equipment must be used safely and as intended. Report any damaged equipment to staff immediately. Please wipe down all equipment after use. No food permitted inside the Fitness Centre. Water bottles are allowed. Facility Conduct Respectful behaviour is required at all times toward staff, other parents, and the facility. Personal belongings should be stored neatly in designated areas. No unsupervised children are allowed in the Fitness Centre at any time. Music volume, if using personal speakers, must remain low and appropriate for a shared environment. Liability Participants acknowledge that fitness activities involve inherent risks. Matricks Acro is not responsible for injuries that occur due to misuse of equipment, overexertion, or failure to follow safety guidelines. By signing the waiver, parents accept full responsibility for their participation and agree to follow all posted and staff-directed rules.
