Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Matricks Acro. We value your commitment and dedication to improving your skills. Please note that we have a strict no refund policy for private lesson bookings. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, it is non-refundable. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we are here to assist you. If you need to reschedule your session, please contact us at info@matricksacro.com at least 48 hours before your scheduled lesson. We will do our best to accommodate your request and find an alternative session time that suits your schedule. Kindly provide us with your full name, booking details, and the preferred rescheduling date and time when contacting us. Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability. If you fail to provide the required notice or do not show up for your scheduled lesson without prior communication, the session will be considered forfeited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our no refund policy.
