ACRO CLASSES

Matricks Acro proudly offers a weekly intensive training program designed for all levels, with both full-season registration and flexible drop-in options. Full-term students receive a free class included in their registration, while drop-in participants can now easily attend by purchasing punch passes through our Acro Shop before booking into classes.


Our program focuses on progressive skill development in bridges, handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, aerials, tumbling, contortion, balances, and more, with each class targeting specific acrobatic techniques. Athletes are placed using our level chart to ensure the best fit, and those training twice weekly receive 10% off their second class.


With expert instructors and small class sizes, we provide personalized coaching in a supportive environment. Drop-in classes offer flexibility for busy schedules—simply purchase your pass in the Acro Shop and reserve your spot.

Level 1

Ages: 4-6 Years Old

    An introductory class designed for young athletes to build a strong foundation in acro. Students will develop coordination, body awareness, and confidence while learning fundamental skills such as rolls, cartwheels, bridges, and basic handstand shapes in a fun and supportive environment.

Level 2

Ages: 6-10 Years Old

    This level focuses on building strength, control, and technique as athletes begin progressing foundational skills. Students will work on bridges from standing, kickovers, handstand development, and more advanced inversions, while continuing to refine coordination and alignment.

    Acrobats in this level will begin connecting skills and developing fluid movement patterns. Focus is placed on front and back walkovers, increased flexibility, and introductory balance skills, while continuing to build strength and control through proper technique.

    This intermediate level emphasizes skill consistency and the introduction of early tumbling concepts. Acrobats will refine walkovers on both sides, begin working on aerial skills, and develop shaping and technique required for more advanced acro and tumbling progressions.

    Our highest level is designed for experienced athletes working on advanced tumbling and dynamic skill combinations.
