Frequently Asked Questions

  • What level should my acrobat register for?

Our classes follow a structured, leveled system based on skill progression. If you’re unsure which level is the best fit, please contact us and we’ll be happy to guide you or review program descriptions in the customer portal.

  • What should my acrobat wear to class?

Acrobats should wear tight-fitting athletic clothing that allows coaches to properly assess technique. Hair must be tied back and all jewelry removed for safety. Acrobats will need to be barefoot while in class.

  • What should my acrobat bring?

Please bring a labelled water bottle to every class. For camps or longer programs, acrobats should also bring 2 snacks and a lunch. Please note Matricks is a nut free facility.

  • Do you offer trial classes?

No - we do not offer trial classes. Acrobats looking to try a class are welcomed to purchase a single drop in punch pass & register for the desired class.

  • Do you offer private lessons?

Yes, we offer private, semi-private (2:1), and small group (3:1) lessons. These are great for skill development, extra practice, or working toward specific goals. Please note bookings on our customer portal are only for 1:1 bookings. Clients who wish to switch their booking from a 1:1 session to a 2:1 or 3:1 session must email info@matricksacro.com to request the change. Please note that updated pricing will apply: 2:1 sessions are $110.00 and 3:1 sessions are $130.00.

  • Can parents watch the classes?

We do not have a viewing area. Parents are welcome to wait in our lounge or use our on-site fitness centre during class time.
