Private Booking Policies

Please note that we have a strict no refund policy for private lesson bookings. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, it is non-refundable.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we are here to assist you. If you need to reschedule your session, please contact us at info@matricksacro.com at least 48 hours before your scheduled lesson. We will do our best to accommodate your request and find an alternative session time that suits your schedule.

Kindly provide us with your full name, booking details, and the preferred rescheduling date and time when contacting us. Our team will respond promptly and work with you to arrange a new session. Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability. If you fail to provide the required notice or do not show up for your scheduled lesson without prior communication, the session will be considered forfeited.

 

The Acro Company Policies

At Matricks Acro, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your participation in The Acro Company. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below, as it outlines the specific guidelines and conditions for The Acro Company program.

Registration Fee:

The registration fee of $25.00 is non-refundable and applies to all program types.

Cancellation:

The Acro Company and Camps

You may cancel your participation up to 2 weeks prior to the start of the program. If you choose to cancel within this timeframe, you will be eligible for a full credit or refund.

Once the second class has begun, regardless of attendance, no refunds or credits will be provided for program withdrawals.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

We are committed to your satisfaction. If, after attending the first class of any program, you are not satisfied, you may withdraw prior to the second class. In such cases, a prorated credit or refund will be issued to your account, minus the $25.00 registration fee.

Matricks Acro Intensive Policies

To ensure clarity and transparency, please be aware that we have a strict no refund policy for Matricks Acro Intensive event registrations. Once your registration is confirmed and payment is made, it is non-refundable

Alternatively, if you are unable to attend the event, we offer the option to receive a credit that can be used towards a future Matricks Acro Intensive event. These credits are transferable but non-refundable and can be utilized within a specified timeframe. Please contact our customer support at info@matricksacro.com to discuss the credit option.

Medical Exceptions

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we strive to accommodate our participants to the best of our ability. In case of a documented medical condition that prevents your attendance, refunds may be considered upon presentation of a valid medical note. The medical note must clearly state the participant's inability to participate and must be submitted prior to the midway point of the program. Please contact our customer support at info@matricksacro.com to initiate the refund or credit process with a medical note.
