Private Lessons 

  • Due to high demand, private lessons have been limited for early bookings. Bookings will open 60 days before the session starts.

  • If a spot is available online; the latest clients can book is 24 hours before the start time.

  • Waitlists are available online.

  • All bookings are non-refundable. To reschedule, log into your Wix account or email info@matricksacro.com at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Failure to provide notice 48 hours prior or no-shows result in forfeiture of the session.

Drop In Group Classes and Training Workshops

  • If a spot is available online; the latest clients can book is 5 minutes before the start time.

  • Waitlists are available online.

  • All bookings are non-refundable. To reschedule, log into your Wix account or email info@matricksacro.com at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Failure to provide notice 24 hours prior or no-shows result in forfeiture of the session.

Full Season Registration & Camps

  • You may cancel your participation up to 2 weeks prior to the start of the program for full term registration and camps. If you choose to cancel within this timeframe, you will be eligible for a full credit or refund.

  • Full Term Registration: participants are only eligible for TWO MAKE UP CLASSES throughout the session. The make-up classes need to be completed in one year's time. Exceptions are eligible for this policy if a medical note is provided. 

  • Camp (PA Day camps included): participants are not eligible for make-up classes due to absences. Exceptions are eligible for this policy if a medical note is provided.

  • If dissatisfied after the first class, withdraw before the second class for a prorated credit. No refunds or credits after the second class begins regardless of attendance.

Matricks Acro Intensive

  • To ensure clarity and transparency, please be aware that we have a strict no refund policy for Matricks Acro Intensive event registrations. Once your registration is confirmed and payment is made, it is non-refundable.

  • Alternatively, if you are unable to attend the event, we offer the option to receive a credit that can be used towards a future Matricks Acro Intensive event only. These credits are transferable but non-refundable and can be utilized within a specified timeframe. Please contact our customer support at info@matricksacro.com to discuss the credit option.

Medical Exceptions

  • In case of a documented medical condition that prevents your attendance, refunds may be considered upon presentation of a valid medical note. The medical note must clearly state the participant's inability to participate and must be submitted prior to the midway point of the program. Please contact our customer support at info@matricksacro.com to initiate the refund or credit process with a medical note.

Q: How do I Book a Private Class?

  • To book a private session, you can head over to our booking portal on our website, www.matricksacro.com

  • Click Services > Book a Private > Click your desired class > Look through our calendar to book a time that best suits you! 

  • Please note that participants for 2:1 and 3:1 privates are not provided by Matricks Acro Inc. Participants can book semi and group privates with fellow dance friends.

Q: How do I Book a Drop In Class?

  • To book a drop in class, you can head over to our booking portal on our website, www.matricksacro.com

  • Click Services > Group Training & Drop In Classes > Scroll to the bottom of the page > Find our Drop In Class Schedule > Filter to your desired training date and level

Q: How do I Register for a Full Season?

  • To register for a full season, you can head over to our booking portal on our website, www.matricksacro.com

  • Click Services > Group Training & Drop In Classes > Scroll to the middle of the page > Find our Full Season Registration chart > Filter to your desired training date and level

Q: How do I Register for a Camp (March Break, Summer, and PA Day)?

  • To register for a full season, you can head over to our booking portal on our website, www.matricksacro.com

  • Click Services > Camps > Scroll down to find your desired camp

Q: What level would my acrobat be? 

  • Take a look at our assessment chart on our website to determine the perfect class for your child. 

  • To find our assessment click Services > Group Training and Drop In Classes > view Pick you Class chart

  • If you still have questions, do not hesitate to give us a call to find the perfect class.

Q. How Do I Reschedule a Drop In Class or Private Lesson?

  • Login into your Wix account on our website or through the Spaces app.

  • Click “My Bookings” > click “Manage” next to the select class > click “Reschedule” > select your new date > click “Reschedule” > click “Confirm”

  • Alternatively, email info@matricksacro.com with the class date that needs to be rescheduled along with the desired make up date.

  • Failure to provide notice 48 hours (privates)/24 hours (drop ins) prior or no-shows result in forfeiture of the session.

What are my shipping & delivery options?
In-Store Pickup
In-Store pickup is available for ALL purchases. Pickups are available Monday to Friday 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Shipping Fees
We offer STANDARD shipping (5 to 7 days) at the following rates:
Package up to 1 lb $5.00. All times, dates and fees for delivery of products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

 

​Do you deliver internationaly?
We do not offer international shipping.
